• Minimum reservation is 14 people for 2026.
• Maximum reservation is 24 people.
• With a full booking (24 people), the retreat organizer receives a discount.
• Rates subject to change without notice.
• Prices include all taxes.

Policies

• $200 deposit required at time of booking, to reserve the date.
• Deposit is non-refundable, but may be transferred to a new date within 12 months of the original booking.
• 30 days prior to retreat, half of the total retreat cost and final number of guests are due.
• Balance due at check-in.
• 2 night minimum.
• Non-smoking facility.
• No pets allowed.
• Arrival/Departure time: 2:00 p.m.
• Important: The minimum age for attending a retreat at Magnolia Manor is 18.
